| As a large law firm, you may qualify for our Lawyers Professional Program, tailored to meet the unique needs of more complex practices. Our program is customized to meet each firms needs with available additional limits, higher deductibles and expanded coverage options. We are also able to insure firms with an intellectual properties focus, which many insurance carriers are less willing to cover.
In addition to a premier coverage program, you also benefit from our professional staff and comprehensive services. Our Lawyers Professional Program consists of Daniel J. Jablonski as Team Leader, Kevin Roehling as Safety & Loss Prevention Specialist, Chris Ensley as Claims Specialist, and Sue Westhouse as Account Manager. We will work with you to identify areas of risk and build and implement a risk management program accordingly. |

| Coverage Highlights |

| The policy provides coverage on a Claims Made and Reported basis.
Coverage is available for Predecessor Firms.
"Of Counsel" lawyers may be covered for work they do on behalf of the insured firm.
"Career" Prior Acts coverage is available.
"First dollar defense" coverage is provided. This means that the deductible will only apply to indemnity payments, not to defense expenses.
Claim Expenses Outside the Limit (CEOL) Endorsement is available. The CEOL limit is equal to the indemnity (per claim) limit up to $1 Million.
Personal injury coverage is included for malicious prosecution, false arrest, abuse of process, invasion of privacy, libel or slander that results from a professional act.
Coverage is extended to security offerings.
A coverage extension is available to cover Errors & Omissions of Title Agencies, if the agency is 100% owned by the law firm or one or more firm members.
Mediation and Arbitration activities are covered.
The policy includes coverage extensions for Employment Practices Defense and Lawyer Discipline Defense.
The Schedule of Named Insureds includes a separate retroactive date for each firm member, in addition to the firm's retroactive date.
