    Claims Services. Our SYSCO iCare team is your advocate by working with you to resolve claims quickly and fairly. We also provide special services to clients with frequent or severe claims.
     
    Safety Management at Your Fingertips. Each of our SYSCO restaurant clients is provided either online access or a CD with a sample Restaurant Employee Safety Manual as well as a library of risk management documents and safety communications. In addition to resources for restaurants, we also have safety manuals and documents available for the Health Care, Hospitality and Food Production/Wholesale industries. All of our clients also have access to our on-line services, such as claims reporting and policy change request.
     
    Customized Safety Management. In addition to the risk management resources available through insurance carriers, our Safety and Loss Prevention Department is available at a discounted rate to SYSCO customers.

    Kevin Lawrence heads our iCare Employee Benefits Team. His team of experienced professionals work with clients to build unique, cost-effective and tailored benefit programs that meet their specific needs. Kevin came to the agency in October 2006 and has over five years of experience. He is a Licensed Accident, Health and Life Agent.

    Voluntary Worksite Benefits. Worksite benefits are voluntary insurance products offered to your employees, such as life, disability and long term care insurance. This is a tremendous way to offer your employees more benefits while staying within your budget. Please note they are available to groups with at least 10 employees and do have participation requirements.
     
    Wellness Resources at Your Fingertips. To assist your business in providing wellness programs and communications to your employees, our SYSCO clients are offered either on-line access or a CD library of wellness and human resource documents. This library includes sample wellness programs and tools, health awareness payroll stuffers and flyers and sample human resource communications. We also offer on-line services, such as provider directories and legislative access lists.
     
    Customized Human Resource Services. We offer Human Resource Consultation at a discounted rate to our clients. Through an outside vendor, we offer HR audits, handbook reviews, on site seminars and training, COBRA and FMLA administration.
