Ongoing Services
Each of our clients is matched with an Account Manager to assist in providing prompt, professional service. Your personal representative is familiar with the complexities of your program and is available to answer your questions and perform day-to-day service requests such as certificates of insurance, changes to coverage and billing inquiries.
Claims Services
We believe that claims services is one of the most important services we provide. We work with your to resolved claims quickly and fairly. For clients who have frequent or severe claims, we provide the following services:
- Assist clients in developing processes and procedures to respond to claims.
- Conduct regular meetings with insurers to review open claims and assist in developing resolution strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports on claims.
- Monitor reserves for accuracy and review payments.
- Assist in analyzing claim history for trends and coordinate loss control services.
- Track the progress of subrogated claims until recoveries are obtained or efforts exhausted.
Safety & Loss Prevention Services
Our Safety and Loss Prevention Department’s primary purpose is to help clients reduce the likelihood of an accident. We work with your organization to identify key areas that need attention, create an action plan to address those areas and work with your staff to the plan through training, changing equipment or process and/or other means. Online Services
MyWave's Online Services functions let clients make requests for various services directly to our customer service department. For example, they can request certificates of insurance or motor vehicle reports, submit an automobile claim report, and more.
